1. The promotion campaign, which should be devised and executed by the participants themselves in order to be eligible for the prizes, serves public interest. After all, the effect of the promotion campaign is to generate awareness and to raise funds to benefit the projects of the BJF.
2. Your promotion campaign may involve your own company or brand as well. Above all it should be fun to execute and with convincing results.
3. Participants should send in their plan or idea to promote this campaign or BJF in general to : info@black-jaguar.org
4. Participants may only actually carry out their BJF promotion campaign after written approval from BJF. This is in order to avoid any conflict of interest with BJF sponsor-agreements already in place.
5. An independent marketing & advertising jury will decide on the ten winners. Prize winners will be announced by e-mail and be made public on the BJF website, 1 week after all of the 600 jaguar sculptures have found a new 'home'.
6. The jaguar car experience can be enjoyed in the Netherlands only.
7. This 600-campaign is subject to the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. Click here to read the details (available in Dutch only). BJF acts in accordance with this Code.
8. This 600-campaign, with its relatively low donation requirement, has been created to give small and medium-sized enterprises a chance to join in supporting the BJF and its projects.
9. Team members of BJF are not allowed to enter this competition.
10. Participants under the age of 16 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the contest.
11. BJF is not liable for any damages resulting from this campaign or from the prizes awarded to the participants.
12. The stipulations under number 11 apply without prejudice to third-party suppliers, BJF suppliers and / or manufacturers of the product / prize.
13. Any gambling taxes or levies that apply to the awarding of the prizes will be satisfied in full by BJF.
14. BJF reserves the right at all times, without prior or further notice, to exclude any participant from participation in the competitive element, if it believes that this participant is abusing the campaign, is not acting in accordance with these terms and conditions, is involved in fraudulent activities and / or attempts to influence this campaign unlawfully.
15. BJF will remain the owner of any personal data that will be gathered by BJF in the course of this campaign and any ensuing processes. It will only be used in order to send out BJF updates and will not be provided to third parties.
